Canadian Togolese Community (CTC)
Canadian Togolese Community is a nonprofit organization created on December 21st of 1991 during a General Assembly gathering Togo nationals residing in Canada. CTC aims to:
- To bring together people of Togolese origin or nationality or not living in Canada;
- Provide volunteer community services to Canadian society;
- Promoting international solidarity, including cooperation between Togo and Canada;
- To promote democracy and development in Togo, Africa and the world.
The CTC is non-partisan and is not the spokesperson for any political party, but keeps the right to pronounce on political, economic, social, cultural and environmental issues related to Togo, Canada, Africa and the world. Its headquarter is located in Montreal.
