Did you know that Quebec taxpayers spend almost $800M every year to finance the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA)??

Did you know that Quebec-based organisations have been assigned only 0,6% of CIDA-backed projects last year??

More and more, the values promoted by the federal government through international cooperation are clashing with those of Quebec's international cooperation organisations, and so federal funds are becoming less and less available to local organisations.

For 40 years, Canada has been a leader in international cooperation. Today, it is at risk of loosing this status because it does not value real partnership with international cooperation organizations.
