Date:
Wednesday, November 3, 2010 - 12:30 - Saturday, November 13, 2010 - 19:00

NOVEMBER is synonymous for international solidarity in Quebec. Every year, various quebecois organizations mobilize themselves during this period of the end of the year to inform and mobilze the public.

For the year 2010, Quebec Days for International Solidarity are taking place all over Quebec from November 3rd to 13th.

THE QUEBEC DAYS FOR INTERNATIONAL SOLIDARITY ARE:

10 DAYS…

  • Of activities, meetings and exchanges over all of Quebec !
  • To better understand the challenges or our planet and to discover how to work towards a more just and fair world.
  • To discover international solidarity projects of quebecois associations that mobilize themselves daily in Quebec City, Victoriaville, Alma, Saint-Jerome, Montreal, La Prairie, and other corners of Quebec !

Each fall since 1996, AQOCI has organized Quebec Days for International Solidarity with the Minister of International Relations of Quebec. During the annual meeting, the public is invited to participate in a number of activities that allows them to inform themselves about the realistic challenges of international solidarity. In the course of 10 days during this event, the members of AQOCI are organizing conferences, expositions, poetry evenings, film screenings, and even more all over Quebec. It is an occasion for everyone to learn more about international issues, to find the knowledge to work and engage with Quebecois and international organizations, and also discover practical resources to use and implement to construct an equal and fair world.
