We are available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday by email <b>khadijam@alternatives.ca<\/b>. Here are the eligibility criteria:<\/h5><ul><li>Be a permanent resident of Canada for less than 5 years.<\/li><li>Not be employed or studying full time.<\/li><li>Not be registered with Emploi Qu\u00e9bec.<\/li><li>Live in Montreal.<\/li><\/ul><p>Services are also available to accepted refugees. If you are an accepted refugee, you must have one of the following documents attesting to your status:<\/p><ul><li>A letter from the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) recognizing your status as a refuge or person in need of protection <br \/>OR<\/li><li>A letter from Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) recognizing your status as a protected person following a pre-removal risk assessment<\/li><\/ul><p>Our services are free.
