We are pleased to invite you to attend our organization’s Annual General Meeting, which will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026, starting at 9:30 a.m., in person at 3720 Park Avenue, 2nd floor.
This meeting is a unique opportunity to review the achievements of the past year, share future prospects, and allow everyone to actively contribute to the direction of our organization.

- Adoption of the minutes of the 2023-2024 AGM
- Presentation of the 2024-2025 activity report
- Review and approval of the financial statements
- Renewal of the accounting firm’s mandate
- Discussion of projects and directions for 2025-2026
- Presentation of the 2025-2026 budget forecast
- Renewal of the members of the Board of Directors
- Closing of the meeting
Your presence and participation are essential to make your ideas heard and support the organization’s mission.
We would like to inform you that five (5) positions are available on the Alternatives Board of Directors. We are therefore inviting applications.
Members wishing to submit their candidacy are asked to pay their annual membership fee online ($36) and send the completed nomination form by February 14, 2026, one week before the AGM. To be valid, each nomination must be seconded by a member in good standing.
The term of office for those elected is two years, until 2027.
Don’t forget to renew your membership online before the AGM. We hope to see many of you on February 21 and sincerely thank you for your commitment and loyalty to our organization.
