Yasmina Moudda

As captain of the Algerian National Basketball Team, Yasmina Moudda made several trips around the world, which allowed her to observe the social inequalities and injustice in some of the countries she visited.

This experience influenced her choice to join the Alternatives team in April 1998 to work in an organization that fights in the fields of poverty reduction, social inequalities, and also for the eradication of injustices in economic and social development. The issue of women’s rights in Muslim countries is one of her main concerns. Yasmina Moudda has a degree in administration and accounting management. She holds the position of chief accountant at Alternatives.
